Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education on Optoelectronic Information Technology at Tianjin University was one of the first bathches 38 key laboratories of education ministry which was started to be established in 1990. Relying on the national key first class discipline-Tianjin University optical engineering discipline, the key laboratory owns the right to grant master degree and doctor’s degree of the first class discipline of optical engineering and the right to grant master’s degree and doctor’s degree of the second class discipline of photoelectron and photonics technology. It also set the mobile post-doctoral stations of optical engineering.
