During open day of Crabapple Blossom Festival on April 5, international students performed an International Chinese Choir Roadshow, including instrumental performance, singing and dancing.

Emilia is an international student from Russia and studies Chinese at the School of International Education, Tianjin University. This is her first time to participate in the TJU Crabapple Blossom Festival. In this year's crabapple blossom festival, she performed as a flute player with students from various countries in the roadshow of Tianjin University International Chinese Choir at the Mingde Road, which attracted countless visitors to stop to watch.

She said: “Crabapple Blossom Festival is a wonderful event. The blooms on the campus are very gorgeous. The cultural and entertainment activities are also abundant, and the vast territory of the campus provides ample space for teachers and students to display themselves to the fullest.”

Through participating in the festival, such as the International Chinese Choir Roadshow, she believes that not only can she make more friends from all over the world, but also satisfy her long-time love for music and musical instruments. She really enjoys these activities and looks forward to more similar events in the school.
